Sheana Keane is a psychologist, group facilitator and meditation teacher. She holds an MA in Social and Organisational Psychology (UCD Psych) and MSc in Mindfulness Based Psychology Interventions (UCD Psych).
Sheana works with some of the worlds largest tech and consulting organisations across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia).
Her focus lies in training programs that cultivate self awareness in leadership and team relationships. She has facilitated hundreds of sessions with thousands of employees and managers. Programs include handling difficult conversations; giving and receiving feedback; coaching conversations; managing stress; emotional intelligence; mental health; mindfulness; managing unconscious bias and leading inclusive multi-cultural teams. In ratings she maintains an average score of 9.5/10.
As a broadcaster with RTE television and TV3 for over 12 years, Sheana anchored programmes such as The Afternoon Show, Health Squad and a variety of social documentaries. As such she also runs presentation skills workshops with her clients, helping participants manage nerves and prepare content to engage an audience confidently, passionately and authentically.
Previously Sheana worked as a business psychology consultant and project manager across the US and Europe with multinationals such as Accenture, Ernst and Young and GE Capital.
Sheana writes on psychology at work for Wellness Works Magazine, with the Sunday Business Post. In her private practice she runs Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Stress Reduction programs and a number of mindfulness retreats each year in Lisnavagh House.
