Sheana Keane is a psychologist, learning and development facilitator and mindfulness teacher . Her focus lies in training programs that cultivate self awareness and conscious communication for effective leadership and team relationships. She holds an MA in Social and Organisational Psychology (UCD Psych) and MSc in Mindfulness Based Psychology Interventions (UCD Psych).
Sheana works with large scale organisations including Facebook, Dropbox and Accenture. She facilitates work programs in the art of handling difficult work conversations with self awareness, giving and receiving feedback, mental health programs, managing stress, enhancing emotional intelligence, mindfulness and managing bias in multi-cultural teams.
As a broadcaster with RTE television and TV3 for over 12 years, Sheana anchored programmes such as The Afternoon Show, Health Squad and a variety of social documentaries. She runs presentation skills workshops with her clients helping participants present their ideas and passions authentically with both internal and external confidence.
Previously Sheana worked as a business psychology consultant and project manager across the US and Europe with multinationals such as Accenture, Ernst and Young and GE Capital.
In her private practice Sheana runs Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Stress Reduction programs. These 8 week programs help cultivate a meditation practice working with stress management, anxiety, depression and enhanced self awareness (for up coming events see courses and events).
